Respondents in all the writ petitions PRAYER IN W.P.(MD)NO.21024 OF 2015: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent herein to issue Community Certificate to the petitioner herein and his two daughters viz., S.Shyamali Pandi and S.Yuvasri as sought for therein and pursuant to the application, dated 16.08.2015 submitted by the petitioner herein to the second respondent herein enclosing all the documents and records to prove that they belong to Malai Vedan Community which is recognised as a Scheduled Tribe Community as per the Scheduled Cast and Scheduled Tribe Order (Amendment) Act, 1976, within a stipulated time.
PRAYER IN W.P.(MD)NO.21025 OF 2015: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent herein to issue Community Certificate to the petitioner herein and his minor daughter viz., R.Keerthisri as sought for therein and pursuant to the application, dated 16.08.2015 submitted by the petitioner herein to the second respondent herein enclosing all the documents and records to prove that they belong to Malai Vedan Community which is recognised as a Scheduled Tribe Community as per the Scheduled Cast and Scheduled Tribe Order (Amendment) Act, 1976, within a stipulated time.
PRAYER IN W.P.(MD)NO.21026 OF 2015: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent herein to issue Community Certificate to the petitioner herein and pursuant to the application, dated 16.08.2015 submitted by the petitioner herein to the second respondent herein enclosing all the documents and records to prove that they belong to Malai Vedan Community which is recognised as a Scheduled Tribe Community as per the Scheduled Cast and Scheduled Tribe Order (Amendment) Act, 1976, within a stipulated time.

: Mr.S.Kumar Additional Government Pleader C O M M ON O R D E R (The order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents.
2.These writ petition have been filed for issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent herein to issue Community Certificate to the petitioners' sons and daughters, considering their applications, dated 16.08.2015, respectively, submitted by the petitioners enclosing all the documents and records to prove that they belong to Malai Vedan Community'' which is recognised as a Scheduled Tribe Community as per the Scheduled Cast and Scheduled Tribe Order (Amendment) Act, 1976.
3.It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners in these writ petitions are the blood relatives of the petitioner in W.P.(MD)No.21023 of 2015 to whom Community Certificate has been given as reported before this Court in W.P. (MD)No.21023 of 2015. It is also submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the Community Certificates have been claimed for the relatives of the person, to whom, the Community Certificate had already been issued as recorded in W.P. (MD)No.21023 of 2015.
4.The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the enquiry is now going on to verify the relationship of the petitioners in W.P.(MD)No.21023 of 2015 and the petitioners in W.P.(MD)Nos.21024 to 21026 of 2015. He would further submit that the respondents have sought for a report from the Tahsildar as to the relationship between the persons for whom Community
Certificates are claimed in W.P.(MD)Nos.21024 to 21026 of 2015 and the person to whom Community Certificate had already been issued, which is the subject matter of W.P.(MD)No.21023 of 2015. It is also represented that the Tahsildar will complete his enquiry and submit his report within two weeks from today. 5.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law and on the basis of the report received from the Tahsildar, within a period of three weeks, thereafter.
6.These writ petitions stand disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
