This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute of business between the petitioner and the third respondent, on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 10.04.2016.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that there is neither a case registered nor a petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner herein and hence, there is no question of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
harassing him by the respondent Police under the guise of enquiry.
