For Respondent : Mr.T.Senthilkumar, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.Not Known of 2021 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter was taken up for hearing on 13.08.2021, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the matter may be referred to the Social Welfare Office for settling the issue. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the matter was also referred to the Social Welfare Officer, Thanjavur District and interim protection was also granted.

2. On 03.09.2021, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that after getting interim order from this Court, the petitioners did not appear before the Social Welfare Officer, Thanjavur District and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that due to illness, the petitioners were not able to appear before the Social Welfare Officer, Thanjavur District and seeks a weeks' time to report before this Court. Therefore, this Court posted the case today i.e On 13.09.2021.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate would submit that the petitioners did not appear before the Social Welfare Officer, Thanjavur District.

4. Considering the conduct of the petitioners in obtaining an order of interim protection by submitting that there is a possibility of settlement and thereafter not taking any steps to resolve the issue, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
