When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that since the criminal appeal in Crl.A.(MD)No.28 of 2015 pending against the petitioners and others ended in favour of the petitioner by a judgment of this Court, dated 28.08.2018, now the respondent is inclined to grant the benefits to the petitioners within a period of six weeks.

2. Recording the said statement, this Writ Petition stands disposed of, by directing the respondent to grant the benefits to the petitioners within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
