Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned Order in Ref:Na.Ka.No.K2/Ku.O.08/2013, dated 09.07.2015, on the file of the Respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently for a direction, directing the Respondent to disburse two third share of the retirement benefits of the first petitioner's deceased husband with interest to the petitioners within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that since the criminal appeal in Crl.A.(MD)No.28 of 2015 pending against the petitioners and others ended in favour of the petitioner by a judgment of this Court, dated 28.08.2018, now the respondent is inclined to grant the benefits to the petitioners within a period of six weeks.

2. Recording the said statement, this Writ Petition stands disposed of, by directing the respondent to grant the benefits to the petitioners within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
