ORDER
The writ petitioner made an submission that the lis on hand filed seeking promotion to the post of Leading Fireman in the Fire and Rescue Services Department.

2. During the pendency of the writ petition, the case of the writ petitioner was considered and now the seniority in respect of the Leading Fireman are already settled by the respondent Department.
3. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 states that the writ petitioner relinquished his promotion temporarily. However, the fact remains that the case of the writ petitioner was considered and under these circumstances, no further direction needs to be entertained, in respect of the ground raised in the present writ petition.
