Civil Revision Petitions filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to set aside the orders passed in I.A.Nos.1 & 2 of 2022 in O.S.No.71 of 2007 on the file of the District Munsif, Bodinayakanur, dated, 22.03.2022 & 23.04.2022. O R D E R

The defendants before the trial Court are the petitioners in these Civil Revision Petitions filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

2.The petitioners are aggrieved by the impugned fair and decreetal orders passed by the trial Court in I.A.Nos.1 & 2 of 2022 in O.S.No.71 of 2007 dated, 22.03.2022 & 23.04.2022. By the respective orders, the trial Court had allowed the application filed by the respondent/plaintiff for impleading the third party as defendant and also allowed the respondent/plaintiff to amend the plaint. It is noticed that the petitioners herein filed another Civil Revision Petition in CRP(MD)No.2030 of 2019, challenging the order passed by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, 2/5

Bodinayakanur in dismissing the application filed by the defendants for condoning the delay of 1755 days, in filing the application to set aside the exparte decree and the same was allowed by this Court on 03.01.2022 with a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.71 of 2007 on or before 30.06.2022.

3.In view of the above, there is no merits in challenging the impugned orders passed by the trial Court in I.A.Nos.1 & 2 of 2022 in O.S.No.71 of 2007 dated, 22.03.2022 & 23.04.2022. 4.Therefore, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed. The trial Court is directed to give closure to the dispute between the petitioners and the respondents herein within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
