Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to grant permission to the petitioner to conduct the agitation before the Taluk Office, Srivilliputhur on 26.11.2015 or any other alternative date fixed by the respondents.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to grant permission to the petitioner to conduct the agitation before the Taluk Office, Srivilliputhur on 26.11.2015 or any other alternative date fixed by the respondents.

2. Mr.D.Muruganandham, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent.

4. In view of the said proceedings of the first respondent rejecting the request of the petitioner, nothing survives in this Writ

Petition to pass any further orders. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the said order. No costs.
