This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 15.03.2016.

2. When the case was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the complaint dated 15.03.2016 has been sent by the petitioner to the respondent police through post.

3. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to go in person before the second respondent and lodge a fresh complaint containing the same contents as found in the complaint, dated 15.03.2016 and on receipt of such complaint, the second respondent is directed to enquire into the same and take action in accordance with law, if it discloses the commission of cognizable https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
