O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking direction upon the second respondent to register a case, based on her complaint, dated 18.03.2016, and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that on the petitioner's complaint, dated 31.03.2016, a petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed since the petitioner did not co-operate for enquiry.

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to appear in person before the second respondent along with a copy of this Order and lodge a fresh complaint, containing the very same contents as stated in the previous complaint dated 31.03.2016. On https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

receipt of such complaint, the same shall be enquired into and action be taken thereon in accordance with law, if it discloses the commission of a cognizable offence or drop action otherwise.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
