ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Family Court, Trichy to expedite and dispose of the main application in G.W.O.P.No. 214 of 2022 pending before the Family Court, Trichy within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

2.Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with. 1/4

3.The marriage between the petitioner and the respondent was solemnized on 14.06.2012 and they blessed with a girl child. Thereafter, there was a matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and the respondent. The petitioner filed a petition under Section 7 of the Guardian and Wards Act 1890 r/w Section 7(1)(g) of the Family Courts Act, 1984 in G.W.O.P.No.214 of 2022 not to interfere with the safe custody of the petitioner's minor daughter, namely, Snigdha Srikanth. However, the said petition is pending from the year 2022. Seeking a direction to dispose of the said petition, the petitioner has filed this revision petition.

4.Considering the limited request of the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the petition filed by the petitioner under the Guardian and Wards Act, as expeditiously as possible based on the seniority of the cases.
