This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint preferred by the petitioner dated 18.09.2017. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has already been registered in Crime No.187 of 2018 under Sections 420, 468 and 506 (i) IPC and he has produced a copy of the said First Information Report before this Court.

3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
