This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 328 days in filing a petition to set aside the dismissal order, dated 21.01.2019, passed by this Court in Tr.C.M.P.(MD)No.168 of 2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

3. The learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that the main H.M.O.P.No.1434 of 2017 on the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore has already been disposed of on 23.03.2023. Hence, nothing survives in the present petition.

4. Considering the submission made by both the sides, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous by granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition before this Court, if need arises.
