This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent not to interfere with the peaceful business of the petitioner in the name of "Snehan Ayurvedic Health Care Spa and Treatment Centre" at Kodai Gate Hotel, Ugadhi Nagar, Kodaikanal.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is working in a Massage Centre at Kodaikanal and several criminal cases are pending against her.

3. Under such circumstances, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
