Respondents/Impleaded Defendants 2 to 5 Prayer :- Civil Revision petitions is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to order directing speedy disposal of the suit in OS.NO.378 of 2017 on the file of the II Additional District Munsif Court, Tiruchirapalli, ORDER:- Civil Revision Petitions are coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this court and the requisition letter submitted by the II Additional District Munsif, Tiruchirapalli. vide the letter in D.NO.465 Dated 05.05.2021, this Court made the following order:

The matter is posted today under the caption "for extension of time".

2. It is seen from the records that this Court vide order dated 27.08.2020 has directed the II Additional District Munsif, Tiruchirappalli, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No. 378 of 2017, within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3. The learned II Additional District Munsif, Tiruchirapalli, has submitted a requisition letter dated 17.05.2021, through Principal District Judge, Tiruchirappalli, stating that the trial could not be completed due to the present Covid - 19 pandemic situation and consequent lock down and seeks five months time to dispose of the case.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances and also the reasons assigned and also considering the present Pandemic situation, this Court is inclined to extend the time as sought for by the Trial Court. Accordingly, five months time is granted to dispose of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

suit in O.S.No.378 of 2017, from the date of resumption of regular works in the Subordinate Courts.
