ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is arrayed as Accused No.8 and he was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 05.02.2016 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b) and 302 of the Indian Penal Code, in Crime No.172 of 2016 on the file of the respondent Police and hence, seeks bail.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is in custody for more than 68 days and a false case has been foisted against him.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is almost over.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is in judicial custody from 05.02.2016, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand

only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
