ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 04.12.2014 for the offence under Section 174 Cr.P.C @ 302 I.P.C, Section 5(g) (m) and Section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012 in Crime No.143 of 2014, seeks bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the State. 3.This Court had earlier given a direction for disposal of the S.C. Itself. But, the said direction has not been complied with for certain reasons. The learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Theni has informed this Court by her communication dated 03.07.2018 that the case itself will be finally disposed on or before 02.09.2018. Since firm commitment has now been given by the trial Court as regards disposal of the case, this Court is of the view that this bail has to be dismissed. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
