[Judgment of the Court was delivered by T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J.] This Writ Appeal by the Writ Petitioner is directed against the order dated 04.09.2018 made in W.P.(MD)No.19049 of 2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3. The appellant challenged the charge memo and suspension order dated 05.07.2018. The Writ Petition was dismissed. In our view, it is rightly so.

4. The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that subsequently the appellant has been terminated from his service and the order of termination is subject matter of challenge in W.P(MD). No.10528 of 2019.

5. In the light of the same, there are no grounds to interfere with the order passed by the learned Single Judge. Accordingly, this Writ Appeal stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
