RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No.6279 of 2021 dated 30/04/2021.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.PALANISAMY.T., Advocate for the petitioner and Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate for the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court from 13.05.2021 to 23.05.2021 only.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to lockdown the petitioner is unable to travel and comply with the conditions .

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the reasons stated in the petition that the petitioner is unable to travel and comply with the conditions and also the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation, and also the fact that the petitioner has complied the condition only for 10 days, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month until further orders.

5. The petition is ordered accordingly.
