PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.10 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused herein was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 19.07.2020 for the alleged offences under Sections 341 of IPC and Sections 10,12 of POCSO Act.

2. The victim girl is aged about 16 years. The case of the prosecution is that on 15.07.2020 when the victim girl was going to school to get books the petitioner herein intercepted her and pulled her shawl and also pushed her down . The petitioner has also teased her several times despite warning given by the parents of the victim girl

3. From the perusal of the records and the other materials produced before this Court including the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C, it clearly reveals that the petitioner is a habitual offender and he has misbehaved with some other girls several times.

4. Considering the nature and gravity of offence committed by the petitioner against the victim who is aged about 16 years, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Hence this petition stands dismissed.
