The petitioners seek for quash of the FIR in Crime No.39 of 2024 on the file of the 1st respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed in C.C.No.121 of 2025 before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Uthamapalayam. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.
