The petitioner has approached this Court that the respondent police is harassing him under the guise of an enquiry. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that based on a complaint given by the fourth respondent, a case was registered in Cr.No.147 of 2024 on the file of Thenkarai Police Station. The petitioner has been called upon for enquiry in the said Crime Number.

3.In the event that if any case is registered by the respondents, they are at liberty to call upon the petitioner for enquiry only by summoning the petitioner under Section 41(A) of Cr.P.C. However, the respondents are not expected to call upon the petitioner for enquiry without issuance of summons.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
