ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 364 (A) of I.P.C., in Crime No.105 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police and seeks anticipatory bail.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.
3.It is a case of abduction for ransom. The allegations are very serious and grave in nature. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.This Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed, accordingly.
