For Respondent : Mr.M.Chandrasekaran, Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail Crime No. of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/accused apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A) and 506(ii) of IPC on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that petition enquiry is pending against the petitioners. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent Police is directed to complete the enquiry, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if any prima facie case is made out against the petitioners, the respondent police shall register the First Information Report or close the petition enquiry. Till then, the respondent police is directed not to arrest the petitioners. The parties are directed to appear before the respondent police on 29.08.2020 without fail.
