Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.ATHIMOOLAPANDIAN.P. Advocate for the petitioner and MR.M.MUTHU MANIKKAM, Government Advocate for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP(MD).No.5245 of 2021 dated 15.04.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner found it difficult to observe the condition in this Covid - 19 situation and also when the lock down is on.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submits that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the prevailing Covid-19 situation, the condition imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed.
