ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the grant of Legal Heir Certificate by the second respondent at the instance of third respondent. Aggrieved by the same, the writ petitioner moved the District Collector, Trichy. The same was forwarded to the fourth respondent. The fourth respondent / Revenue Divisional Officer, Trichy shall dispose of the petitioner's appeal on merits and in accordance with law after notice to the third respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the fourth respondent to pass the order one way or the other. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
