This petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint, dated 04.06.2015 and proceed with the same as per law within the time frame. 2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 04.06.2016, the 2nd respondent registered FIR in Crime No.299 of 2016 under Sections 279 and 337 of IPC. 3.Recording the above submission, this petition is dismissed.
