Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to re-convey the punjai land in Survey No.51/3 total an extent of Hectare 0.36.0 (91 cents) in Echampottal Puthur Village, Sivagiri Taluk (Kadayanallur Taluk), Tirunelveli District by considering the petitioners representation dated 28.02.2017, within the time frame that may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] After making the submission, the learned counsel for the appellant would submit that the writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.

2.Considering the submission made, we permit the appellant to withdraw the writ petition that only meant that the finding and observation of the learned Single Judge would also go along with that. Liberty is given to the appellant to work out the remedy in the manner known to law, insofar as the question regarding the compensation is concerned.

3.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, writ appeal is also dismissed.
