O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent Police to complete the investigation of the Petitioners Complaint registered under Crime No.25 of 2022 dated 19.01.2022 and to file the final report.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the second respondent, an FIR in crime No. 25 of 2022 has been registered, for the offences under Sections 294(b) and 323 of IPC. After investigation, final report has been filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, through e-filing on 30.05.2024.

3.In view of the same, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required to be passed in this case. Hence, this criminal original petition stands closed.
