ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru.T.A. Ebenezer, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Thiru.R.J. Karthick, Advocate for the 1st respondent and Mr. A.K. Manickam, Standing Counsel for Government for the respondents No.2 to 4, this Court made the following order: This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to clarify the order passed in W.A.(MD)No.1056 of 2019, dated 22.10.2019. 2.We have heard Mr.T.A.Ebenezer, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.R.J.Karthick, learned Counsel appearing for the first respondent and Mr.A.K.Manickam, learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 4.

3.We find that the judgment and the order in the Writ Appeal does not require any clarification. Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
