JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by N.Seshasayee, J.) This writ appeal has been filed by the appellants challenging the order of a learned Single Judge, dated 07.02.2019 made in W.P(MD)No.19595 of 2018.

2. When the writ appeal is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the respondent/writ petitioner would submit that the issue involved in this case is resolved by a subsequent order of this Court in W.P(MD)No.9313 of 2019, dated 16.04.2019 wherein a learned Single Judge of this Court has directed return of certificates upon the writ petitioner paying the bond amount of Rs.15,00,000/- in 18 monthly installments. The learned counsel would further submit that the said order has been complied with and the certificates have been obtained by the respondent.

3. The said statement is recorded.

4. In view of the same, nothing survives for consideration in this writ appeal. Hence, this writ appeal is closed. No Costs. CMP(MD)No.3982 of 2019 is closed.
