************ (Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.) This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order and direction issued in W.P.[MD]No.2507 of 2021 dated 12.03.2021.

2.Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent Bank has now returned the original title deeds to the petitioner.

3.In the light of the said submission, no further orders are required in the Contempt Petition and the Contempt Petition is closed as the order and direction in the writ petition has been complied with.
