ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to provide adequate police protection to put up a fence wire in the property situated in S.No.1111/2D and 1111/3B at Kannarpatti Village, Pillaiyarkulam Post, Srivilliputtur Taluk, Virudhunagar District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents No.1 to 4 would submit that a civil suit is pending between the parties in O.S.No.14 of 2014 before the District Munsif Court, Srivilliputtur, and therefore, they have to work out their remedy only before the competent Civil Court. 3.The President of Pillaiyarkulam Village Panchayat has been impleaded as respondent No.5 vide this Court order, dated 02.12.2015. The learned counsel for the respondent No.5 would submit that they have not harrassed the petitioner and they would abide by the civil Court order.
