This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents no.1 to 3 to give necessary police protection to the petitioner's life and limb based on the representation of the petitioner dated 14.03.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, he received life threat from the respondents no.3 and 4 and thereby, he sent a representation dated 14.03.2025 to the 2nd respondent, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 and 2 would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 14.03.2025 was already considered and closed on 06.04.2025. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court even without issuing notice to the respondents no.3 to 5 inclined to pass orders in this petition.

5. According to the petitioner, he received life threat from the respondents no.3 to 5 in respect of the property dispute and thereby, he lodged a complaint before the 2nd respondent on 14.03.2025 and the same has not been considered. According to the 2nd respondent, they conducted enquiry and based on the representation dated 14.03.2025 and the same was closed on 06.04.2025. Since the representation of the petitioner was already considered and closed, no further order required to be passed in this case. However, if the any parties indulge in criminal activities, they can approach the 2nd respondent by lodging specific complaint in accordance with law. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
