WHEREAS upon motion this day made unto this Court by MR.A.CHANDRAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and the petitioner praying this Court to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records relating to the detention order passed by the second respondent in detention Order No.38/2017 dated 23.05.2017 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the son of the petitioner namely Baskar, aged about 36 years,son of Rabel, now detained at Central Prison, Madurai before this Honourable Court and set him at liberty.

WHEREAS this Court hath directed issue of notice, returnable by Monday, the Twenty Eighth day of August, Two Thousand and Seventeen (28.08.2017) to the respondents 1 to 3 herein to show cause why this petition should not be complied with.
