This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to expedite the investigation in Crime No.78 of 2022, dated 04.03.2022 and file the final report. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police registered an FIR in Crime No. 78 of 2022 and for the same, investigation is in progress. Hence, he seeks two months time to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court. 3.Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition and the second respondent police also seeks two months time to file final report, the second respondent police is directed to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of two months from the date of this order.

4.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
