Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th Respondent to accept the petitioner's application, dated 10.11.2015 for the scheduled written examination to be held on 29.11.2015 and forward the same to the 2nd Respondent and consequently directing 4th Respondent to issue hall ticket to the petitioner and allow the petitioner to attend written examination to be held on 29.11.2015.

The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the 4th Respondent to accept the application of the petitioner, dated 10.11.2015 and allow the petitioner to attend written examination to be held on 29.11.2015.

2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the examination itself has already been over and that the writ petition has become infructuous.

3.In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed. No costs.
