ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police in S.C.No.208 of 2006 on the file of the Fast Track, Mahila court, Sivagangai, for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 353 I.P.C and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. During the pendency of the trial, the petitioner has not appeared before the court below. Therefore, Non Bailable Warrant issued against the petitioner herein.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

4. Considering the undertaking given by the petitioner, the

petitioner is directed to appear before the Fast Track, Mahila court, Sivagangai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this copy of the order and to file a petition to recall the NBW issued against him.
