This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to take necessary action based on the petitioner's representation dated 19.03.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, she lodged a complaint in respect of cheating and forgery the documents as against one Sumathi and others on 20.02.2025, but no any action was taken. Therefore, she sent a representation on 19.03.2025, but the same has also not been considered. Therefore, she has filed this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner is under consideration and they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action in accordance with law within one week.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition and recording the above said submission of the second respondent that they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action in accordance with law, this 2/4

Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.03.2025 and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of one week from the date of this order.

5. With the above said observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
