O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents herein not to harass the petitioner and his family member and not to interfere the civil dispute on the guise of enquiry. 2.According to the Petitioner, based on the complaint lodged by the 4th Respondent for enquiry, the 3rd Respondent called the Petitioner for enquiry. Taking advantage of the same, the 3rd Respondent used to harass the Petitioner. In this regard, the petitioner has sent a representation on 27.03.2025, but the same has not been considered. Hence, this petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the 4th Respondent, they have called the petitioner for enquiry. However, without appearing for enquiry, the petitioner has filed this petition. They will conduct enquiry and dispose the same today itself. 2/5

4.Considering the prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to pass orders without issuing notice to the private respondents.

5.According to the Petitioner, the Respondents 2 and 3 harassed the Petitioner for a civil dispute. According to the 3rd Respondent, they have not harassed the petitioner and only based on the complaint of the 4th Respondent, they have called the Petitioner for enquiry and they will complete the enquiry today itself. 6.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition stands closed. 04.04.2025 Internet :Yes Index :Yes/No NCC :Yes/No PNM 3/5
