Heard Mr.R.Balamurugan, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.S.Prakash, learned Government Advocate (Civil side) appearing on behalf of the third respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the respondents had already fixed the date for conducting survey on 16.04.2025 and thereafter, the application of the petitioner will be disposed of and that on 08.04.2025, notice has also been issued to the petitioner. 3.Considering the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to pass final orders on the petitioner's application 2/4

07.02.2025 within a period of eight weeks from today. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
