O R D E R
This Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.32 of 2013 and file a final report within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the respondent police have examined six witnesses and awaiting original unregistered document that has to be given by the complainant.
4. Under such circumstances, the defacto complainant is directed to co-operate for the investigation and furnish the necessary documents sought for by the respondent police. On such co-operation, the investigation has to be completed within a period of six months thereafter.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
