This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to Crime No.19 of 2018, on the file of the first respondent and quash the same as against the petitioner is concerned.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the respondent police has already filed a final report and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.363 of 2018 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
