PRAYER: This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the fourth respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 02.04.2016.

O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking direction upon the fourth respondent to register a case, based on her complaint, dated 02.04.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents that on 19.04.2016 a case has been registered in Crime No.36 of 2016, for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 448 and 506(1) I.P.C., on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 02.04.2016. The said statement is recorded.

4. In view of the above statement made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
