This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the second and third respondents not to interfere the civil dispute in O.S.No.70 of 2014 on the file of the IVth Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli and direct the first respondent to take necessary action against the second and third respondents.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that on the complaint given by one G.S.Ramesh against this petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and closed on 17.01.2016. A copy of the closure report has been filed before this Court.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner again on the complaint given by G.S.Ramesh.
