ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking for the issuance of a writ of mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to make necessary enquiry and to issue joint patta in respect of the lands in S.No.449/3B, 458/2A 444/1C and 444/1D situated at Sirunavalur, Turaiyur Taluk, Trichy District based on the petitioner's representation dated 7.11.2015. 2.Heard Mr.N.Mohan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Anandaraj, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3.The petitioner said to have submitted a representation before the Tahsildar, dated 07.11.2015 to issue joint patta including the respondents 4 to 6 who are the legal heirs of the petitioner's brother which is still pending.

4.In the above circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.11.2015 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to the petitioner as well as to the respondents 4 to 6.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
