O R D E R

This Court had earlier directed the respondents to vacate the premises and consequently demolish the building as per the order passed by the Execution (EP) Court.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that they have vacated the premises and have demolished the portion of the building which was causing hindrance to the petitioner's right to light and air .

3. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the order of the EP Court has not been fully complied with by the respondents.

4. If that is the case, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the EP Court, since this Court has directed to vacate the premises and to comply with the order of the EP Court. Therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the EP Court and file a review application, if so advised.
