The said Writ Petition was disposed of by directing the respondent Corporation to consider the representation of the petitioner for payment of EPF Employee's contribution, Gratuity, Encashment of 240 days of Earned Leave etc., The appellant was aggrieved by the order on the ground that positive direction for payment was not granted.

3. The learned counsel for the appellant as well as the learned counsel for the respondent Corporation submitted that during the pendency of this Writ Appeal, the entire claim and benefits payable have been settled to the appellant.

4. Recording the said submission, this Writ Appeal stands disposed of. No costs.
