Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.

2.The petitioner seeks for a direction to the second respondent to consider his representation dated 18.07.2015 and grant patta in respect of his land measuring 18 cents at Survey No.246/1 Melakkottai Village, Thirumangalam Taluk by subdividing the same as ordered by the first respondent through his proceeding dated 10.06.2015.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the first respondent has passed the said order on 10.06.2015 directing the second respondent to subdivide the land and issue patta in favour of the petitioner, till this date the second respondent has not passed any order. Therefore, the petitioner made the above representation dated 18.07.2015, which has not yet been considered by the second respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the above stated facts and circumstances, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on the same in the light of the order already passed by the first respondent dated 10.06.2015. Such exercise shall be done by the second respondent within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
