This Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbear the respondents 2 and 3 from grating any license or permission to any private place or ground in Batlagundu Town, as a vending place, by disposing the petitioners representation dt.29.08.2016 in the light of the rule 16 of Tamil Nadu street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood, Regulation of street vending and Licensing) Scheme 2015.

JUDGMENT
