This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to consider and take necessary action on the petitioner's representation dated 21.07.2020.

2.Today, when the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, filed a status report and made his submissions as the complaint given by the petitioner was initially taken on file in C.S.R.No.215 of 2020 and after completion of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.9109 of 2020 preliminary investigation, the third respondent police registered a case in Crime No.360 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 500 and 504 I.P.C. on 17.08.2020.

3.Recording the above said submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, this Writ Petition is closed, as no further order is necessary. No costs.
